Believe it or not, there is recycleing in La Paz. 2 ladies run a center from their house and they take everything from old clothes and rags to glass, plastic, metal, paper etc. Go south on the Malacon to Cinco de Febrio. Go left and go up to the McDonalds. Take a right at the light on Felix Ortega and go 3 blocks where it merges with Olachea. Take the 1st left on Nayarit and then the 1st right. It's on the left and usually has a big trailer out front. Usually there is no one there, so I just put my plastic bags of stuff in the pile out front. I think they take pretty much everything except organic and they separate everything.
