saw a trane air conditioning installer that had a vacuum pump in the bed of his truck. thus there is at least one company that can do ac correct.

this company has some inverter mini splits that appear to be perfect and good prices, sorry it is USA.

Make sure you get inverter AC units now a days when buying larger ones especially.     These can save you huge amounts of electricity.   same with buying a new pool pump buy an inverter pump.

I had Enrique take out and install a new unit a few weeks ago. All went great, he uses the proper tools to do it, saw him use a vacuum pump and gauges.

this is a window unit. another alternative for AC at USA home depot this inverter AC. seems it is only two stage but that should work well. 14000 btu and USD$450.00 so drops down to 7000 btu and at 7000 btu is about 44db in noise close to a minisplit.

here is a portable unit from costco usa that is very nice just a bit spendy, but for a rv or renter you can take it with ya.
