Rio Grande Dental, Juarez, MX - just across the border from El Paso, TX. She lives in the US, educated here, dental practice in MX for cost.....they will pick you up from a couple of different motels in El Paso, take you to the office, take you to get any meds you might need while still in MX and then deliver you back to your motel. Her brother is the driver, and he also speaks excellent English....another brother is also a dentist in her office. She did my extraction, had to have an implant to strengthen the gum, and then later did two implants....around $1500. Quoted $6500 for only one implant in US!!!

Dr Alfonso Pena is a specialist. He speaks some english and has a fully bilingual dentist working for him. Office is spotless and has the newest equipment. He is a cirujano Maxilofacial specialist. He has helped me with a serious problem and I know people that have had implants done by him and were happy. 123 2362 He is on the corner of Lic Verdad and Rosales in centro.   I recently used the services of Dr. Gutierrex and found her to be very professional with reasonable prices. Her English is good and her staff is all smiles. She has a system which showed my dental problem on the monitor and her explanation of the problem clear and understandable. He can also reconstruct a face if you were in a car accident or some such.
I addition, he and his daughter are members of a Rotary Club here, and spend a lot of time making sure poor kids, orphans etc get dental care, good food, and scholarships to go to middle and high school. His wife will greet you at the office.
In my case, I had the first two implants done before I met him in Rotary. I have not had one problem in the last four years and can chew ice cubes again.
He speaks as good English as I do Spanish, so no problem when in the chair.
