Dine Alfresco in Charming 19th c. Mountain Village
Bar El Minero (https://www.barelminero.com/restaurant) in beautiful El Triunfo offers three types of homemade sausages, award-winning seafood paella cooked over an outdoor mesquite fire, fresh seafood, including delicious totoaba and oysters, local artisanal cheeses, bread, salads, 100% natural ice cream, draft root beer floats, draft, craft beers, wines, tequilas, mezcals, margaritas and more. We use local, natural, organic ingredients as much as possible, often from our own gardens, ranches and cheesery at nearby Rancho Cacachilas (https://www.ranchocacachilas.com/home), and from Earth Ocean Farms (http://www.earthoceanfarm.com/) and Sol Azul (http://www.solazul.com.mx/eng/). Our homemade sausages can also be bought by the kilo to cook at home. Explore El Triunfo's cobblestone streets and then relax on our shaded outdoor terrace in the heart of the historical village with views of the surrounding hills. Open October through May, Thursday through Monday, 11 am to 6:30 pm. In June, we are open Friday through Sunday. We are closed for the months of July, August and September. We are located less than an hour drive from La Ventana. Walk-ins welcome, telephone reservations recommended. See our website for photos, menus, takeaway options, special events, press reviews, maps, and more. Telephone & WhatsApp: (+52 1) 612-194-2093. Email: info@barelminero.com.
