a note, once we hit over the first tiers on our bills electricity is 2-4 times more expensive than US or Canada so when doing calculations if you are above the low tiers some of the DOE calculators do not allow you to enter this high of a price. So just use the 10centa a KW and do a multiplier of 2-4 after for simplicity.

LED lights are amazing energy savers. WalMart in LaPaz has begun selling them for a reasonable price, but they sell out very quickly.
