CURP card

I can tell you about the CURP card because I just got mine yesterday. I'm
wasn't sure what they needed, so I took a copy of my FM3, passport, and
utility bill, all of which they returned with the card. Take these items to
the government offices across the road from Compuestre restaurant. The
parking entrance is on the side street the the building you want is the
first one you encounter on your left.

Easy. No charge.

In case it's closer for some folks, I got my CURP at the Registro Civil on Allende. It's on the right as you go up from the Malecon, I believe between Belisario and Madero or maybe a block farther. The building is clearly marked "Registro Civil", and you go to the 2nd floor. All I did was show my FM2 and ask for one.
